Bought this for my first welder. I use to stick weld with the non auto darkening mask and always had to do the headbang to get the mask over my face. With this helmet you don’t even notice the flash once you strike the arc once you adjust it to your preference. Well worth the money.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and picked it up at the store that night. He finally used it yesterday and loves it. The instructions for the auto darkening are very clear and the helmet works amazingly. It DOES include batteries, which is not stated anywhere on the packaging or in any of the descriptions online. I bought some extra just incase.

I bought this hood a few days ago and have it used it for about 4 hours. It works as good as helmets costing twice as much. The head straps are very comfortable and adjustments are easy. The hood stays up and you can adjust the tension for how hard it is to move up and down. The only difference between this hood and the ones costing $100 or more is this one takes two 1025 batteries to operate. No big deal. I picked up a spare set of batteries for a couple of dollars while I was at the mall. You get a replacement cover shield protector for when the first gets scratched up. And they give you part numbers for ordering any replacement parts you might need so you don’t have to throw the hood away because one part breaks. I’m real happy with the unit. I just weld in my garage doing hobby projects and repairs so I can’t give you a professional opinion. But it works great for me at an affordable price.

I got this for my Miller 215 Mutimatic Mig/Tig/Stick welder.
The price is good. The desing is very good also. The assembilng is easy as soon as you identify the parts the manual is talkig about.
I like the option of setting the cart for one or two argon bottles.this is plus if you are planing to use a welder that has both 75% and 100% Argon inlets as the Miller 215.
The cart is sturdy enough to support two bottles plus the welder and has more room for aditional equiment such as another welder or plasma cutter.
The only suggestion that I have is to make a little more acurate and bigger the assembling picture on the manual. The picture shows the components to be assembled so miniaturized that is very dificult to see which piece is which even with a magnifier.
In general I will recommen this welding cart to anybody.

It’s much sturdier and more versatile than my previous welding cart. I really like the fact that I have the ability to switch from a single bottle to 2 bottles, which would allow me to have a pure argon mix for Aluminum and an argon/co2 mix for Stainless steel, on the same cart. Would highly recommend!!!

I have had this mask for 3 years, and I use it daily! I work for a company that builds log trailers, and use it 9 he a day 5 days a week.
I received it as a gift, and didn’t have high expectations for it. It has proven me wrong!
Only down side is Tractor Supply doesn’t stock the inside lense, so I just trim a standard one down.

Cart is built with decent guage steel and quite sturdy. Far superior to other carts on the market. Assembly was quick and easy and really like the single/multi tank configurability. Only complaint is that the fold down handle latching arrangement is a bit awkward but a minor issue compared to the quality and build of this fine cart.
